Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University

Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University was established in 2010 as a comprehensive public university in Ankara. The first students were accepted in 2011 in 7 faculties, 1 vocational school, 4 graduate schools and 1 conservatory.  The university grew rapidly and now ıt is offering education in 15 faculties, 1 school, 1 state conservatory, 3 vocational schools, 5 graduate schools and 24 application and research centres. The academic degree programs of Medicine, Engineering and Natural Sciences, Architecture, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Political Sciences, Business Administration and Psychology Department of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences are taught in English. With almost 11% international students, (above2700 students from 109 countries) bilateral agreements signed with 203 international universities, student, academic and administrative staff mobility programs, joint diploma programs and a large number of international academic staff, the university has positioned itself as an international university. The university has been taking significant steps to position itself among the pioneer universities ın fulfilling its mission of  serving our country and humanity by helping to find solutions to current problems and leading the  society in enhancing its welfare.
