Scientific-Educational and Industrial Complex "Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov", founded in 1993, is the largest educational institution in the region. The university hosts over 12,000 students, with 31.5% being international students. It offers programs in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English (at the Medical Faculty). JASU actively collaborates with more than 100 universities worldwide and participates in academic mobility programs, including Erasmus+, Mevlana, and DAAD.
