WELCOME TO THE BRATISLAVA UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS!
Established in 1940 as the Slovak College of Commerce, the Bratislava University of Economics and Business (EUBA) is considered nowadays as one of the most important educational and scientific-research institutions in the Slovak Republic. The EUBA is a public university focusing on Economics, Business, and Management. It provides higher education in Bachelor´s, Master´s and Doctoral programs for full-time and part-time students.
The mission of the EUBA is - by delivery of university education - to develop harmonious personality, wisdom, goodness and creativity in human beings; to develop knowledge on the basis of creative scientific research in the fields of business, economics, social and human sciences, and so contribute to the development of a knowledge-based society.
As of 2021, EUBA ranks among the 6 percent of schools in the world with a focus on economics study programs that have received the prestigious AACSB accreditation. It is thus the first Slovak university, the first within the former Czechoslovakia and the third university within the V4 countries to receive this accreditation.
The University is located in Bratislava, the capital and largest city of the Slovak Republic - a modern, dynamic and attractive city with a rich history, situated on the river Danube at the heart of Europe.
