Brooklyn College is an integral part of the civic, urban and artistic energy of New York and uses the entire city as a living classroom that broadens our students' understanding of the world around them. Brooklyn College has a student enrollment of 17,390 students — 14,115 undergraduates and 3,275 graduates who come from 150 nations and speak 105 languages. The college offers 120 undergraduate and graduate degree programs in the creative arts; humanities; social, behavioral and natural sciences; mathematics; education and business. Admissions criteria have become increasingly selective over the last decade, with a mean SAT score of 1134 for 2011.
