ÇankayaUniversity, founded by Sıtkı Alp Education Foundation on July 9th 1997, is oneof the prestigious, and globally respected universities owing to the quality academic education inscientific, cultural and intellectual studies. It is an English mediumuniversity except for the Faculty of Law, Department of Public Relations andAdvertising and the Vocational School of Justice. Since its foundation, theUniversity has been one of the leading universities of Turkey as it aims to be oneof the model universities maintaining World Class standards to ensure thequality in higher education. The university has been offering its academicprograms in Balgat Campus for 22 years and at its main campus area located onthe 29th km of Ankara- Eskişehir road for 8 years.

Todaythe university continues offering its academic studies with its 5 faculties:Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics andAdministrative Sciences, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, andwith 22 departments affiliated to these faculties. The university also possess2 vocational schools:  Vocational Schoolof Justice and Cankaya Vocational School. There are also 2 institutes: SocialSciences and Graduate School of Natural Applied Sciences where graduateprograms are conducted.
