University information

To apply to our university, you must have completed your secondary education and fill out an application for your chosen field of study. The admission procedure differs for each faculty, so we recommend always checking the information directly on the faculty and program website. However, the admission procedure usually consists of an interview or a middle school knowledge test. In the case of English-taught programs, it is also necessary to demonstrate knowledge of the English language, either in the form of a certificate or during the interview process.

The entry requirements differ from faculty to faculty.

CU Mlyny accommodates more than 3,500 students, while CU Družba hosts around 2,000 students from faculties such as pharmacy, medicine, law, natural sciences, and education. The communal atmosphere makes it easy to meet new people. Accommodation in CU's dormitories costs approximately 98€/months (between 72 € and 174 €), a monthly public transport subscription is 18 €, and you'll spend about 8 € per day on meals if you eat in the dorm canteen.
