About Constantine the Philosopher University
Constantine the Philosopher University is located in the city of Nitra in western Slovakia. Home to nearly 80,000 people, the city is one of the oldest in the country, with records of its existence dating back to the ninth century. Students here can enjoy several museums and galleries, including the Nitra Gallery and the Slovak Agricultural Museum. The university offers a range of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees, as well as teacher training courses in Hungarian, a course aimed at students interested in teaching in the ethnically diverse parts of Slovakia.
