Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University

We are Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (CHSSU), founded in 2016 in the Guzelyurt region of TRNC. Since 2017 CHSSU has been accredited by the Higher Education Council of Turkey and is the owner of the most advanced practical laboratories in the field of health sciences in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Based on a rich infrastructure within an international teaching environment comprised of qualified teaching staff from 40 different countries, and students from 55 different countries in the world, we provide English education programs, student exchange programs, sports, social and cultural activities, international collaborations, and a cosmopolitan social structure.

At CHSSU; we offer our students from different countries and environments to get to know each other, socialize and engage in a different endeavors outside of educational activities. We strive to help them become stronger individuals socially, physically, and mentally, and to help lay the foundations of good friendships in the international arena. We continue to provide education in modern, international standards with a wide range of clinical, laboratory, and application areas and a rich teaching staff that has proven themselves in the field.

Developing and growing in the international arena is among our top priorities. In this direction, we have been in cooperation with more than 12 universities since our establishment date.

Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University, with its rich infrastructure, qualified teaching staff, programs in English, sports, social and cultural activity opportunities, international cooperation, international teaching environment, and cosmopolitan social structure, makes its students know English well and open to development and change. It aims to raise young people who are ready for global competition and train them for international careers.

University hosts fully equipped and richly structured practice laboratories for each branch of science. Students who transform the knowledge learned in theory into practice in laboratories do not feel alienated in the business sector. Collaborating with leading institutions and organizations in the business sector, Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University works to ensure that its students can be one step ahead after graduation.

We aim to be the first institution in our geography to positively discriminate against women, Cypriots, and disabled people, by establishing a university that is a center of attraction primarily for students living in Cyprus, then students and lecturers from all over the world. The vision of our university is to be a university with national and international recognition that is proud of its students, staff, and graduates, pioneering change and development.
