Privilégier les petites classes avec une école à taille humaine – 300 élèves, 62 salariés – est une de nos priorités pour optimiser l'acquisition des connaissances. To ensure that its educational programs meet the needs of employers and reflect the reality of the job market, EHG works closely with the industry and the organisations that represent it. The Program is validated by it's business partner which  makes it one of the strengths of the Higher Diploma, recognised by the Swiss Government. 

Its programs of study are enriched and aligned with international quality standards. As a result, its graduates (Alumni) have acquired high-level skills that allow them to work in all types of establishments around the world.

Our diplomas are recognised and appreciated by hotel and restaurant professionals. They offer a choice of exciting and varied careers as well as a fantastic opening to the world. The practical focus of our education, allows our students to enter into great positions straight after their graduation, as they have all the necessary skills, including several additional diplomas (as well as the patent to open a hotel or restaurant in Geneva. 

In addition, our students are very sought after by companies in the tertiary industry (banks, tourist offices, insurance companies). This opens up real professional alternatives.

Being owned by GastroSuisse and there by being non profit, EHG enjoys a very close proximity to the companies in the market. Recruitment events are regularly organised with our partner hotels and restaurants.

Location

EHG is located in Switzerland, on the shores of Lake Geneva, in the heart of diplomatic Geneva and international organisations in a beautiful public park.

It is located 10 minutes from the centre of the city and a few minutes walk from the Palais des Nations (United Nation Headquarter). 

A renovated campus of 3500 m 2 placed in the middle of the beautiful Ariana Park with numerous services and infrastructures.

 Restaurant Vieux-Bois (our fine dining restaurants, often catering to ambassadors and diplomats)

L'Entre'Actes (le restaurant des étudiants et du personnel)

Le Bar 

EHG Traiteur (la propre entreprise de restauration de l'EHG, organisant des événements de grande classe à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'école)

Hôtel Ramada. L'EHG a un partenariat avec l'hôtel, pour permettre aux étudiants d'apprendre le Front Office et le Housekeeping dans un environnement réel, avec de vrais clients.
