COVID-19 Information:

•             What is the status of planned campus admission open days/tours?
For the moment all upcoming tours are on hold and instead we will engage in different digital alternatives.

•             How can applicants contact the university about their application?
I remain the same interlocuter and reachable via email.

•             How is the university handling applicants whose exams have been cancelled?
Following the trends worldwide, most governments are offering alternatives in this case (exams being held online) or completely canceling evaluations and giving it based on what already passed in the first part of the second semester. Meaning that this shouldn’t really affect our students.

•             What advice is the university offering to applicants unable to take an English-language test due to centers being closed?
We are rather evaluating students instead based on video interviewing to be reassured that they have the English level required.

•             How is the university supporting applicants whose visa applications have been delayed?
We will provide students with more flexibility regarding the start date of the courses and we are able to later provide them with a late-arrival certificate so that they can attach to their visa application.

•             Is the university still accepting applications? Are there any restrictions being placed on international applicants?
Yes business is running as usual without any disruption. There are 0 restrictions placed on international applicants but rather we are facilitating the task for them. In all cases we are looking at September 2020 intake and we thus hope that things would stabilize by then.

•             How are applications for university accommodation being handled?
There is no change since in all cases accommodation search is still handled by our private housing agency (with no fees) starting from the month of May.

•             Is the university making any changes to entry requirements (i.e. test results, required documents)?
Yes we are providing more flexibility, it’s an individual case-by-case study of the applicant’s file and the extent of the flexibility depends on the applicant’s situation.

Applications to ESC Clermont are submitted online on ESC Clermont’s applications portal, followed by a video presentation on Visiotalent allowing the school to evaluate candidates on their academic background and previous experiences.
