Admission Requirements
To apply for the Master in Culinary Arts, Innovation and Kitchen Management, candidates must meet the following criteria:

A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment

Previous academic studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field
Applicants without formal culinary education but with significant professional kitchen experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis, following an interview with the admissions team.
