If you’re an experienced culinary professional looking to elevate your career, refine your skills, and deepen your knowledge of cutting-edge culinary techniques and kitchen leadership, this Master’s program is the next step in your professional journey.

Admission Requirements

      To apply for the Master in Culinary Arts, Innovation and Kitchen Management, candidates must meet the following criteria:

      • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment

      • Previous academic studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a related field

      Applicants without formal culinary education but with significant professional kitchen experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis, following an interview with the admissions team.
