Eurasia International University

Eurasia International University (EIU) was founded in 1996. On March 13, 2002, according to the Decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia (RA), EIU was conferred state accreditation as well as vested with authority to award diplomas of state standard. In 2005 EIU adopted European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) based study system. Besides, EIU implements projects aimed at promotion of student and academic staff mobility. Eurasia International University (EIU) is an independent Higher Education Institution (HEI), which successfully synthesizes tradition and innovation, by providing education in line with the requirements of modern society. In this sense, EIU highly values practical skills as well as scientific potential of young professionals and the academism of experienced ones. EIU, attaching importance to research oriented HEIs in modern society, provides vast opportunities for its students and academic staff for their scientific research. EIU also specially assumes the significance of cooperation between HEIs and NGOs. This kind of cooperation enables EIU to initiate activities of social importance aimed at scientific and educational as well as socio-economic and socio-cultural positive changes in society. EIU, though, considers its students as the main driving force for such changes.
