Free University is the premiere university of Georgia. This position is not based on reputation alone, but also on various quantitative metrics such as the test scores of its students on the unified national exam and the percentage, exceeding 90%, of its graduates who are either employed or enrolled in graduate school immediately after graduation. There are 56 full-time and 84 part-time lecturers. 44 hold PhDs; 25 are PhD students. The programs are run on a daily basis by deans and academic coordinators. Deans have considerable expertise in teaching and experience in research, including time spent abroad at prominent universities. Classrooms are fully equipped according to contemporary standards, and there is ample communication equipment for video-conferences. There is also a central lecture hall, a cafeteria, library, and gym. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The mission of Free University is to provide the country's most talented and motivated students a world-class, 21st-century education and produce graduates who can become leaders in their fields and bring wholesome and sustainable changes to a country still in development.Postgraduate programmes, eighteen (18) Diploma programmes and Doctoral programe in various disciplines. The teaching and research faculties of the University have highly qualified professionals, trained in specialized areas of Agricultural Science and Technology with several of them holding Post Graduate degrees & Doctoral Degrees from universities abroad.
