Undergraduate Overview

With 11 faculties and 117 faculty departments at Ghent University, there are a wide range of bachelor’s degrees available. The language of instruction for all bachelor’s degrees is Dutch, meaning students must provide proof of their proficiency with a Dutch language test. You’ll also need a high school diploma/baccalaureate or equivalent. You should apply online on Ghent University’s website, uploading all of the required documents. If you’re studying medicine or dentistry, you’ll need to sit an entrance exam. Students not in receipt of a Flemish Government Scholarship will pay tuition fees of €906.10 (~US$1,070) per year.
