BBA in International Hospitality Business
Our Bachelor’s degree will prepare you for a high-level career in the international hospitality and tourism industry, as well as the related service sectors. It combines the strength of Swiss rigor and hands-on learning with a modern approach to business strategy and specializations.
First year: Practical Arts & Internship
In hands-on courses, you will learn the art of hospitality in fine dining service and culinary arts, oenology, housekeeping and rooms division. The 6-month internship allows you to discover the realities of the industry.
Second year: Fundamentals of Hospitality Management
Administration and management courses teach you to apply strategic theory in preparation for the management internship. This year also offers semester transfer options to our partner institutions in Marbella, Spain or Shanghai, China.
Third year: Business Integration
Starting with the second internship, you will try your hand at applying management theory in actual industry business projects or a dissertation.

This is the only Master’s degree in the world to give you a comprehensive and systematic understanding of real estate, capital markets and global hotel development. Ideal for those wanting to become a chartered surveyor, work for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), fund, bank or asset management team, this program opens the door to the world of real estate finance and hospitality development. Glion campus is both our flagship and practical learning center. The campus is nestled in the hills above Montreux, offering spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. In this boutique hotel environment, you will experience the most sophisticated, cutting edge elements of hospitality and fine dining.
Facilities for students include two gourmet restaurants, Le Bellevue and Fresh, both of which offer exquisite food with breathtaking views. The campus also features 16 classrooms and study rooms, an on-site gymnasium and a student club with panoramic terrace.

Bulle campus
The modern, university-style Bulle campus has the feel of a business college, set between beautiful mountains, a medieval town and a thriving city.
The historic old town of Bulle has a chateau and weekly market, while elsewhere there are modern buildings and shops, trendy bars and cafes. It’s the perfect place to relax and concentrate on your studies while having easy access to everything a student might require.
The campus features two concept restaurants plus a range of other dining options, while students can also take advantage of free memberships to fitness centers, a racket club and swimming pool. The academic center incorporates 16 classrooms and study rooms, together with a well-stocked library.

London campus
Our London campus is located in Downshire House, in the grounds of the University of Roehampton (UoR).
From campus, you are just 40 minutes by public transportation from the center of London, which allows you to experience the exciting London life while studying in a safe, peaceful environment.
Glion London offers a close-knit, friendly atmosphere, with easy access to all the facilities of the wider UoR campus, including its world-class library, restaurants, student clubs and sports venues.

Studying in Switzerland puts you at the heart of Europe; with capital cities, five-star attractions and many places of cultural and artistic interest all within close reach.Some of the cities that our students regularly visit are Milan, Lyon, Annecy, Chamonix and Turin. In addition, students can join trips that are more adventurous or sports-focused, such as canyoning, paragliding, skiing, tobogganing or rafting.
Sometimes excursions are organized around events, such as the Lausanne Marathon, or to theme parks like Europa Park. Other trips include paintballing, cultural outings, vineyards, the Strasbourg Christmas Market and Swiss Discovery Tours.

As the only Swiss hospitality school with a London campus, we offer the opportunity to study in the city regularly ranked the world’s number one destination for international students.
