About Grenoble Ecole de Management - Grenoble GSB

Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) is more than just a school. GEM represents an open-ended laboratory – a Business Lab for Society - through which 8,000 students and 500 employees learn and work everyday t solve complex problems and overcome major challenges for business and society. Founded in Grenoble, a city of science and technology, the school has developed solid expertise in the management of technology and innovation. This foundation has enabled GEM to expand its research, teaching and expertise to meet challenges in the digital world, healthcare, energy, entrepreneurship, territorial ecosystems in transition and geopolitics.

By developing its own educational model, GEM has become a center for experimentation, study and creation. The school offers 50 educational programs in French and English that cover all levels of study from undergraduate to graduate, doctoral and continuing education. Students can take part in programs delivered in Grenoble, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Georgia, or Casablanca.

The school is accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA and member of the french “Conférence des Grandes Ecoles”. Its programs are regularly ranked by major international economic newspapers and magazines. As an institution for higher education (EESC) affiliated with the Grenoble Chamber of Commerce and Industry, GEM is a founding member of the GIANT Innovation Campus in Grenoble as well as an associate member of the Université Grenoble Alpes Community.

Grenoble Campus:

An urban campus in the heart of the Alps - The main Grenoble Ecole de Management campus, situated in the center of Grenoble, capital of the French Alps, is the emblem of the School and of its brand.

GEM Labs:

Grenoble Ecole de Management’s second Grenoble campus is located in the heart of Grenoble’s scientific peninsula. GEM Labs is based on innovation through experimentation. A true Business Lab, decision-makers and their teams come to experiment with new ways of seeing and doing business, developing their activities and creating value.

Paris Campus:

Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) has been located in Paris since 2014. A conclusive experience that has led to a more ambitious investment, with the opening of our new Paris campus in January 2020. The new campus located at 96 rue Didot (in the 14th district), has replaced the previous one situated in rue Ranelagh (in the 16 ‘district). This project represents a 2,5M€ investment for approximately 2 500 m2 on three floors. This new campus aims to welcome 800 to 1 000 students each year.

Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) offers Undergraduate programs for junior students, as well as credit-bearing spring, summer or fall programs.


Bachelor in International Business - English Track

A Bachelor degree for students wishing to develop international business skills and knowledge in functions as varied as marketing, management, sales and export.


International Summer School

A 4 week-Summer Program, with 3 weeks in Grenoble and a week in Paris. Study two business modules combined with a course on French Language and Culture.


Undergraduate Certificate - CIB or CBS

Semester program: choose between a Certificate in Business Studies, Certificate in International Business (fall only) or Spring Semester Certificate.

Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) offers a wide variety of Masters programs and a competitive international MBA program taught in English in strategically located campuses around the world.

Students select GEM for its international recognition, its high rankings, and its unique multicultural environment. International companies select GEM graduates for their knowledge, skills, and talent to meet the economic challenges of today and tomorrow.

Postgraduate degrees are for students who have already completed an undergraduate degree or have enough experience in the desired field of study.

A master's degree usually takes two years to complete. The first year on campus and second year includes a final management project which can be done remotely while employed.
