Master in Real Estate Development Part-Time or Full-Time

The Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) explores the increasing relationship between real estate and the conscientious development of a city.  This Master degree is aimed at understanding the breadth and depth of the development process. With a foundation in the economic, financial, strategic, and legal aspects of real estate development throughout the world, this comprehensive course goes beyond traditional subjects of the field. Our program—delivered in full-time or part-time format—provides you with the flexibility to study a customizable program that adapts to your needs, whether that means studying face-to-face or online

Master in Business for Architecture and Design

The Master in Business for Architecture and Design (MBArch) is a unique learning experience where design professionals expand their core capacities with management, entrepreneurship and innovation expertise, preparing themselves to become the creative leaders of the future.   If you believe that business and design are stronger together, this program is for you.

Students are trained to transcend the traditional boundaries of the built environment industry, for a future that does not differentiate between business and design, nor between physical and digital, and in which action, collaboration and crossdisciplinarity are the rule. The four modules develop simultaneously, ensuring a transversal and practical learning experience, making the Master unique, relevant, and holistic. The Business of Design Lecture Series and the Venture Lab, that is capped by an entrepreneurship-focused thesis project, work as encompassing platforms to debate ideas and put them into practice. The experience of the Master in Business for Architecture and Design is a unique and seamless combination of online sessions, face-to-face periods in Madrid and Amsterdam.

Master in Architecture (MArch) 

Our Master’s in Architecture (MArch) combines the rigorous training required to achieve professional licensure in Spain and the European Union with an international, entrepreneurial, and sustainable approach. We help you gain professional licensure, and then redefine the profession. On your own terms.

The program consists of  three elements: the Thesis Project module,  led by world-renowned architect, educator, and entrepreneur Ben Van Berkel, of Amsterdam based UNStudio;  an intensive architectural design and building construction studio  based on sustainable technologies and architectural strategies; and  the Design Management Module ,which builds on our legacy of excellence in entrepreneurial thinking and business training, as applied to the fields of architecture and design.The master’s in architecture program, held in our new Madrid vertical campus, as well as in Amsterdam, prepares graduates to become leaders in the architectural profession as well as in related design fields. With our rigorous, innovative approach, small class sizes, and access to IE’s international network of partners and alumni, you’ll not only be ready to join the profession. You’ll be ready to lead.

DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES

Diploma in Strategic Interior Design

Six-months intensive focused program  which combines face-to-face and online instruction, giving you the opportunity to continue working while accelerating your career,

where you will learn how to transform people, society, cities, organizations and businesses.  You will gain key design skills which enhance the functioning of your organization. You will learn to prioritize the human experience and bring a holistic apporach to every project while aligning your proposals with business drivers. You will train your skills to manage the relation with interior design services, workplace consultancy services, UX design, real estate transactions, and facility management services to lead projects in your organizations.
