Admission Requirements

  • Grade of “C” or better in each prerequisite courses.
  • Science courses must be no more than 10 years old.
  • The online application must include contact information for one reference. Letters of recommendation from family members are not accepted. The reference can be from a professor or instructor that the applicant has taken an academic course with - or a reference relating to pharmacy work.
  • Applicants should submit the following directly to www.PharmCAS.org:
  • Sealed official transcripts from all colleges attended. If the transcript is from a school outside the U.S., official course-by-course evaluations should be submitted.
  • Admissions offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
