Management and Human Resources BSc Hons

Management and Human Resources degree focuses on understanding humans – the way they work and how their behaviour can be influenced through people management practices. We won’t teach you how to become a manager. Instead, we will explore the perspectives of both employers and employees. Join us in challenging the assumptions behind human resources and how people are managed. You will study management theory alongside psychology, sociology and history. Our teaching approach blends academic material with practical insights and exercises. You will be taught by academics who are tackling the big questions of the day such as Artificial Intelligence, ethnic and cultural diversity and technology.
