Its academic structure includes the Faculty of Law in Nalut and its branch in Al-Ruhaibat, the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, the Faculty of Medical Technology, the Faculty of Engineering in Jadu, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in Ghadames, three Faculties of Education located in Nalut, Kabaw, and Jadu, and a Faculty of Information Technology currently under development.

Nalut University offers undergraduate degree programs across a broad range of disciplines including law, economics, political science, engineering, education, medical and laboratory sciences, humanities, and applied sciences. Programs are delivered in accordance with national higher education standards, with instruction provided in English or Arabic depending on the discipline.
