The National College of Art & Design (NCAD) is changing the world through bold and curious thinking, making and doing. NCAD exists to foster, generate and inspire imaginative, ambitious and positive change through art and design for people, communities and society.

As Ireland’s leading provider of art and design education, NCAD’s campus is located in the heart of Dublin’s historic city centre. NCAD is home to a student population of 1,900 full and  part-time students, from Ireland and across the globe, who are engaged in a wide range of study (undergraduate and postgraduate) and research across the disciplines of Art, Design, Education and Visual Culture.

The National College of Art and Design has been the most significant provider of Art & Design education in Ireland for over 275 years, making it one of the oldest higher education institutions for art and design in Europe.
