Ozyegin University

Özyeğin University is an entrepreneurial research university that focuses on providing a transformative student experience through excellence in education and a high global impact. The university’s mission is supported by a comprehensive 2024-2029 Strategic Plan, which is structured around seven main objectives, including becoming a leader in education, creating value with human resources, and maintaining an international presence. In the 2024 Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index, the institution ranked 6th among all universities in Turkey and 3rd among foundation universities, notably excelling in the Intellectual Property Pool category. The university’s Çekmeköy Campus provides a robust infrastructure for both academic and social development, featuring a library with over one million e-books and a modern 20,000 m² sports center. To enhance research and innovation, the university recently established the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Impact and launched various support initiatives such as the Research Seed Fund and Postdoctoral Research Support programs. Educationally, the university is integrating artificial intelligence across its curriculum and utilizes a "Sectoral Education Program" designed to keep learning intertwined with industry dynamics.
