Studying an integrated Finance degree at Royal Holloway means that you will learn from internationally renowned experts in the field at one of the UK’s top ten teaching and research departments. You will be taught by people who have worked and are still working in the finance industry in the broad areas of asset allocation and risk, as well as algorithmic trading. 

This four-year integrated degree course is aimed at ambitious individuals and offers a complete education in financial economics and economic theory and its applications. You’ll cover the core material that a graduate Economist would be expected to know and you will develop your knowledge and skills to a more advanced level.

Your first years will see you learning all the basics of economics, economic policy, statistics and mathematics whilst you will have a number of choices later on. During the first three years you will have short employability modules to ensure you have transferable skills during your third year you can specialise to suit your interests with a vast number of optional modules on offer. Your fourth year is where you will bring all your knowledge together and hone your skills and knowledge during your time researching and writing your dissertation.
