Sinhgad Institutes has more than 800 students from 46 countries studying in all the faculties and areas of Education particularly Engineering, IT, Computer Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Medicine, Dental and Management for Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph. D. Programs •Maximum scholars from various countries under the scholarship scheme of Indian Government namely Indian Council of Cultural Relation Programme (ICCR Scholarship Programme)•The courses offered for foreign students are affiliated to University of Pune and has all the necessary approvals and accreditations i.e. AICTE, NBA, NAAC, COA, PCI, MCI etc.•Non Resident of India (NRI) students from various countries including United States of America, Canada, Australia, Gulf Countries, South East Asian countries and many more.•Many Foreign Research scholars are pursuing Ph.D. under the able guidance of our esteemed faculties.•Apart from all admission related activities, the International Students’ Center organizes a variety of activities and cultural events where international students of various Sinhgad Institutes can come together and meet on a common platform to display their many talents.•International Students of Sinhgad Institutes participate in Food Festival and Cultural Programmes and Sports event which is arranged by the University of Pune and other institutions. •For the year 2012-13 Sinhgad International students’ Centre secured first runner-up trophy for Football from Symbiosis International Sports Tournament. For the year 2011-12 Sinhgad International Students Centre were crowned Football champions from University of Pune, Flames Institute (Pune), Goa Football Tournament (Goa) and from our own Sinhgad Institute and also secured first runner-up trophy from Symbiosis International Sports Tournament from Symbiosis International Sports Tournament.•Every year Sinhgad International Students’ Center arranges the variety of programmes for the foreign students including Fresher’s party for the new comers, International Festival - Cultural programmes, Diwali Celebration, Excursion for foreign students, Food Festival, Farewell function for the final year student•Tie up with Afghanistan for the training of the faculty of National Institute of Management and Administration (NIMA), Afghanistan funded by World Bank. More than 80 faculties are been trained under this scheme•Sinhgad International Students’ Centre also arranges mega sports event wherein the foreign students are been invited from all the countries in & around Pune.•Sinhgad International Students’ Centre offers assistance to the students in the process of Foreign Registration for securing the Residence Permit.
