About Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University
Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management (Whitman School) offers students the best possible learning experience through a combination of established university resources and small class sizes that offer individual attention. The management school is located in Syracuse, a city in the state of New York that enjoys a peaceful and beautiful countryside setting. The Whitman School was formally the College of Business Administration and was established in 1919. In 1920, it was only the 16th collegiate business school in the US to be accredited by the AACSB. The school launched its MBA programme in 1948. The Whitman School has been a leader in education innovation and began offering a distance MBA in 1977.
