Building design - candidate

With a master's degree in building design, you can help influence the design of future construction.

Depending on the subject area you have chosen to specialize in, you will be the one who, with your deep insight into the subject areas of architects and other engineers, is able to bring the threads together so that the many partial solutions in construction become well-functioning wholes - this can e.g. be components, buildings, technical facilities or entire districts.

The focus of the education

The master's degree in building design contains a wide range of courses within, among other things, energy, load-bearing structures, installations, indoor climate, fire safety, acoustics, lighting, urban planning, user behaviour, project management and building information modelling.

These subject areas are combined with solid project courses where, through engineering design processes, you get the opportunity to contribute to coherent project proposals in different scale conditions.
