TUM offers a large range of bachelor’s degree programs, with some programs offering the possibility of a joint or double degree. One of the entry requirements is that you have a higher education entrance qualification, but admission requirements vary between subjects, so you should check the profile of your chosen program for precise information. Depending on the program, you may need to prove your proficiency in English and/or German if you’re not a native speaker. There are no tuition fees at bachelor’s level at TUM, so you will only pay a semester fee of €129.40

TUM offers a range of consecutive master’s programs, continuing education master’s programs and some double degree programs, the latter of which allows you to gain a degree from both TUM and a partner institution. To apply for a master’s degree at TUM, you’ll need to complete an online application via your TUMonline account, including all the relevant documents. Part of the application process includes a two-step aptitude assessment procedure which involves the evaluation of your documents based on a points-based system. Candidates will be accepted, rejected or invited to an interview depending on their number of points.
