Specialization in Project Management (EPY)

Today, the strategic and operational areas of every public and private organization depend to a great extent on excellent project administration and management in order to optimize the use of allocated resources. The Specialization in Project Management contributes to the preparation of specialists that help meet these problems at the organizations.

Through this specialization, experts are trained in the application of quantitative techniques and time scheduling tools, including the allocation of resources for a specific project that is being developed at the institution.

These methodologies will be optimized through the application of specialized computer tools for the management and programming of projects. Additionally, this specialization represents one of the first graduate programs that offers the preparation of international certifications in the area of Project Administration and Management specifically in the international certification granted by the Project Management Institute, also known as the Project Management Professional (PMP®).
