Texas Christian University

A private institution in Fort Worth, Texas, Texas Christian University has a classical, liberal arts curriculum, offering 117 undergraduate majors, 62 master’s programs and 25 doctoral programs. Situated on a 272-acre campus, the university is home to over 10,000 students in total, nearly 9,000 of which are undergraduate students.

Roughly half of the university’s undergraduates live on campus in one of the 16 halls of residence or alternatively in the on-campus apartments. Most halls are co-ed. 57% of the student body are female, according to recent data.

As the university’s name would suggest, students often participate in various campus ministries, such as Disciples on Campus or the Latter-Day Student Association. Not all religious groups at the university are Christian however, with a Jewish student group and Muslim Student Association also existing.
