Universidad Central del Este (UCE) is located in the historical city of San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic. San Pedro de Macorís is in the southern eastern of Dominican Republic, just 60 kilometers away from the Dominican Republic´s capital city of Santo Domingo. San Pedro is recognized by its architecture, sugar industry, Industrial park and the baseball major league players. San Pedro is located in the center of the touristic corridor, which includes Juan Dolio, Bayahibe, Casa de Campo, Cap Cana y Punta Cana.
UCE has a branch at Punta Cana with a focus in Toursim and Business that will open on May 2019. The programs that will be offered are Postgraduate Programs and Continued Education Courses.
UCE is well recognized for its orientation to professional practice since the first semester of any academic program until graduation.
Our main strengths are:
Multiple Starting Dates: Students can choose between starting on January, May or September of each academic year.
Hands –on experiences starting on the first semester.
Internships and Clerkships programs available in every School.
