Universidad Nacional de San Juan

Located in San Juan Province, Argentina, Universidad Nacional de San Juan educates 15,509 students thanks to 4,859 academic staff members.

Faculties at UNSJ include: Engineering; Philosophy, Humanities and Arts; Architecture, Urbanization and Design; Social Sciences; Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences.

The university offers different levels of study: including tecnicaturas (intermediate), licenciaturas (Bachelor’s degrees), professorships, and postgraduate course.

There are 14 Research Institutes, conducted within each postgraduate department.

However, it’s the extracurricular activities that sets UNSJ apart, including the University Olympics and the University Soccer League. But there’s a wide array of sports too, including: climbing, college football; gymnastics; hándbol; restless x nature; triathlon and adventure sport and more.  

The Ullúm Nautical Complex is located 25 km west of the city of San Juan. There are large parks, forested areas, soccer fields, and places to play volleyball and beach handball.

Students can also make the most of working and/or studying abroad including: fullbright scholarships for undergraduate courses in US universities; Bucerius Law School summer programs in Germany; research scholarships in Paris, and many more.
