Universidad Nacional del Comahue

Located in Argentina, the National University of Comahue spans several campuses across the country. Students are primarily based in one of three university branches – located in the provinces of Neuquén, Río Negro and Chubut – but there are several additional centers in other cities. Initially established in 1972, today the university is home to over 24,000 students across its various locations. It is most notable for its involvement in the construction of the Pehuensat-1 satellite which was launched into space in 2007.
