Our University established the first public-private partnership in the field of higher education. This partnership enables the UIR to achieve all its goals of excellence, training, research and to contribute to the socio-economic development of the Kingdom and the region. Our efforts and the constant commitment of our foreign academic partners enable us to provide national and foreign students with high level trainings which lead to a double degree award. In line with the Law 01-00 governing private higher education, the UIR certified all its programs and engaged with the Ministry of Higher Education in a process for the recognition of the UIR diplomas and degrees. Thanks to its young age and dynamism, the UIR has already succeeded in attracting several institutional investors as well as national and international economic operators who provide professional support to students and encourage the IUR research activities. IUR is very dynamic in the field of applied research. Indeed, in less than two years, it was able to deposit more than 14 patents and concluded research agreements amounting to more than MAD 10 million. Finally, committed and responsible, IUR seeks to become a real social lever. To this effect, it pursues a policy of social diversity by granting partial or total scholarships on a merit-basis to students from modest or socially disadvantaged strata.
