This course is aimed at training students for the profession of Cultural Heritage Restorer, and completion will qualift them for this career. The course venue is located in the city of Cremona. The course includes scientific and technical-practical activities, including historical study and framing, material constitution, and diagnosis of the state of conservation, aimed at the preparation and execution of a correct restoration project and/or control and prevention of degradation processes. To pursue the planned objectives and allow the student to tackle problems related to conservation and restoration from the beginning of the course, practical laboratory activities are distributed over the five years. High-school diploma awarded after at least 12 years of documented education. Non-eu students residing abroad who would like to enroll in a study course completely taught in Italian, have to prove their knowledge of the language through an Italian language test.
