Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) is a leading state university located in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. Founded on September 1, 1958, ULM is the oldest and largest university in South Kalimantan, with a solid reputation for developing science, technology, arts, and culture. Its tropical wetland environment characterizes it. As a higher education institution accredited by BAN-PT (National Accreditation Board for Higher Education), ULM manages 11 faculties covering a wide range of disciplines, from Medicine, Engineering, and Agriculture to Economics and Business, and Social and Political Sciences. With over 35,000 active students and approximately 1,636 lecturers, ULM has become a reference for higher education in Kalimantan and Eastern Indonesia.
