The University of Dubai (UD) is a small private institution based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Specializing in business, engineering, information technology and law, it offers a range of degrees taught in English – including undergraduate programs, LLMs, MBAs and PhDs.

Ranked 47th in the QS University Rankings: Arab Region 2016, the University of Dubai offers 50% discounts to students who have achieved a GPA of 90% and above in the American curriculum. As many as 85% of recent graduates have found employment within six months of graduating.

UD is based in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), the world’s largest center dedicated to universities and research.

Serving over 25 universities and 24,000 students, DIAC is a thriving international community, with regular events such as careers fairs, sports tournaments, competitions and more. The main attractions of Dubai – including beaches, iconic buildings, shopping centers and theme parks – are just 15-25 minutes away.
