Use of the library and other external data sources will be emphasized. The University will be technologically current. Human Resources supports the Mission of the University of Dubuque by partnering with all parts of the University community to provide innovative and timely resources, policies, programs, and services that attract, develop, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce.
