Executive MBA

The Michigan Ross Executive MBA program is designed for experienced professionals seeking to build their business acumen, broaden their perspective, and strengthen their leadership skills. The general management curriculum is taught from a strategic perspective. Concepts relayed in the classroom are put into practice through simulations and real world projects, including Ross' Executive Multidisciplinary Action Projects (ExecMAP) course. The curriculum offers multiple electives, which allow students to expand their knowledge in a variety of areas, including marketing, finance, healthcare strategy, and entrepreneurship. The program concludes with courses focused on global strategy and executive leadership. Interwoven throughout the 21-month experience is Ross' unique Leadership Development Program (LDP), which strengthens students' skills as highly adept senior leaders. LDP features speakers, workshops, individual and team coaching, and courses focusing on self-awareness, executive skills, and leadership competencies. The program is offered at locations in Ann Arbor and Los Angeles in a once-a-month format.
