The law and finance master’s program gives students with a prior background in law the chance to develop advanced financial skills and understanding. It is a combination of both core and interdisciplinary courses, such as law and economics of corporate transactions, and the first principles of financial economics. The master’s program in financial economics is a full-time, nine-month program. There is the opportunity to apply to the Oxford Saïd Finance Lab, which is a series of practical workshops on financial modelling and real-world case studies. At the beginning of the program, students are able to visit a major financial center; former classes have visited London, New York and Hong Kong.
