QS World University Rankings: USA

Harvard University has the proud honor of topping our first-ever QS USA Rankings, beating nearly 300 other American universities to the title. It does so having been ranked as the best in the United States for two of the four indicators used in the rankings methodology: research and employability.

48 US states are represented in this year’s rankings, meaning domestic students can use the table below to find the perfect in-state university for their needs. This year’s rankings are also designed to help international students choose where to study, and the diversity & internationalization indicator may be of particular interest to them.
