Doctor of Law Science

The postgraduate doctoral program in Law, operating under the governance of the Faculty of Law, is guided by the directive outlined under Rector's Decree Number 1289/H3/KR/2009. The curriculum development process is anchored in two foundational considerations: the exigencies of the market and the prerequisite that only candidates who have completed both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law are eligible to apply. The overarching aim of this framework is to produce accomplished Doctor of Law graduates equipped with the prowess to address legal complexities within the confines of legal parameters while upholding the integrity of the discipline. The concerted efforts to harmonize competencies within this program seamlessly align with the Strategies of the Indonesian Qualification Framework (IQF).
