The degree programme in Agricultural Technologies sets out to train agronomists specialised in plant production and protection, in the management of agricultural land and in farm management. Graduates will therefore know the biotic and abiotic factors governing the processes of food and non-food agricultural production systems and their impact on the environment and product quality. They shall also be familiar with pathogenic agents and parasites and the related protection techniques.


The knowledge and practical skills are developed through participation in lectures, workshops and seminars delivered during the programme. The programme structure covers 5 different macro-areas of learning which, together, provide the cultural skills required to train the defined professional figure:

  • BASIC SCIENCES-ECONOMIC ESTIMATION
  • PLANT PRODUCTION
  • PLANT PROTECTION
  • AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING.
