B.A. in Mathematics - Pure Mathematics Concentration

The B.A. in mathematics has, traditionally prepared students for advanced degrees, both in mathematics and in other fields such as medicine, law, business, and science. Students who are preparing for careers in industry or government often choose this major. They combine selected mathematics courses with courses in business, data processing, economics, physics, or chemistry, for example to provide the background for a wide range of careers.
