The Master's Degree in Organizational Sciences is characterized by a humanistic scientific approach whose basic unit of analysis is the organization in its various forms: public, private or the so-called third sector.
The multidisciplinary approach, intrinsic to the design and conception of the program, intends to account for the complexities of the organizational phenomenon in contemporary modern societies, offering its students the possibility of developing analytical skills, launching their investigative spirit and promoting the deployment of his critical sense by turning to the various theoretical perspectives of the Social Sciences.
