This is a specialist postgraduate degree course that has been designed in partnership with, and exclusively for the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and only suitably qualified IPO members of staff are eligible to apply for this course with organisational approval. On this degree, students will explore a range of legal subjects within the field of intellectual property law including – patent law, trademark law, copyright and design law, and information technology law. Students will have access to first-rate facilities supported by the latest state-of-art software to opportunities to provide members of the public and businesses with legal advice in USW specialist legal and financial advice clinic.
