A close and informal relationship between students, faculty and other staff members is typical of the atmosphere at EBS Universität. We are a small university providing individual guidance and support – we all know each other. The climate on campus in Oestrich-Winkel, with its historic buildings and green spaces, and in the modern Atrium-House in Wiesbaden, is characterized by open and friendly communication. Campus life is not just about seminars and lectures. Faculty, administrative staff and students are all involved in various activities outside lectures and teaching.

EBS is the oldest private business university in Germany and, of course, is state-recognised. The university and its study programmes are regularly evaluated and accredited by national and international accreditation agencies, focusing on the offered subject areas.

Wissenschaftsrat | German Accreditation Council | AACSB

EBS also regularly occupies top positions in the relevant rankings and, therefore, receives visible recognition for its excellence in research and teaching.

Internationality is in the DNA of EBS Universitaet: EBS founder Professor Klaus Evard and his fellow thinkers envisaged a place where young entrepreneurs from all over the world could become the people who shape our society: international, multilingual, personally ambitious, professionally capable and courageous in business. Naturally, this is reflected in all our degree programmes. The general language of education is English. We offer language and cultural tuition courses (e.g. German, French, Spanish or Chinese) for all our students. A period of study abroad is an integral part of the programme and offers a valuable opportunity to broaden your cultural, professional and personal horizons. Campus life is characterised by a multicultural and open-minded atmosphere.
The decision in favour of a university is a very important one. EBS Universitaet, therefore, offers many opportunities (online and on-site) to get to know the programme, the students and the place of study better. Find out more about the events here
