The Master in Management (MSc) comprises four semesters and concludes with your Master's thesis - often in cooperation with a company. You can organise the third semester according to your needs: Whether it's a stay abroad at one of our approximately 200 partner universities or an intensive internship. If you fulfil the requirements, you also have the opportunity to intensify your studies and shorten them to 2 semesters.
At the beginning of your studies, you will prepare for future research work and develop your leadership skills. You will also deal with the key topics of your specialisation, work on various practical cases, consolidate your newly acquired knowledge, and grow as a leadership personality.

A bachelor‘s degree and transcripts in any field of study with at least 180 ECTS or equivalent recognised qualification from an equally recognised institution.

In the interview, we evaluate your motivation and social skills. The decision factors are performance and learning motivation, as well as communication skills and willingness to act socially responsibly, in addition to your own initiative and drive.
