This Civil Engineering with Industry (with Foundation Year) degree includes an integrated foundation year for those who don’t have the appropriate subjects and/or grades for direct entry to year 1 of the degree. The foundation year helps students to develop their knowledge in mathematics and other important subjects to enable them to proceed confidently through the remainder of the programme. Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with designing, constructing and maintaining the physical and naturally built environment.
