The Bachelor of Building Design Management course provides you with the knowledge and skills required to undertake lead roles in the ‘Design and Construct’ stream of building procurement, as well as becoming team members in the design of large and complex building development projects. Our construction graduates are known within the industry to be highly motivated and commercially adept. With an additional skill set in building design, you will be well placed to lead adaptive and more sustainable construction project solutions. All aspects of building design are included: commencing with an initial design concept; extending to design brief formation; project documentation; quality control management during the building process; and finally leading to project handover.
