The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Hult International Business School is a full-time, on-campus undergraduate degree for students who want to learn business by doing it, not just studying it. You can start your degree at Hult’s Boston, London, or Dubai campus, and every term is built around real challenges set by real companies rather than lectures and case studies alone.
The BBA is for anyone who sees their future in business, whether you already know you want to work in finance, marketing, or leadership, or you’re still deciding. From your first term, you’ll take on challenges like consulting for a real organization and launching a social impact startup, building practical skills in areas like financial accounting, data analytics, and entrepreneurship alongside the core human skills that employers say new graduates lack most: communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
In your second year, you’ll step into the role of investor and operations leader through the Investment Challenge and the Leadership & Operations Challenge, deepening your expertise in finance, strategy, and organizational behavior. From year three, you’ll choose a major or minor from eight specializations, including Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Design, Economics, Management, and Psychology, and you can add an internship or study exchange to your degree.
Every BBA student also has the option to take part in Hult’s Global Campus Rotation, spending time at more than one of Hult’s campuses across your degree and graduating alongside classmates from over 150 countries. You’ll finish your studies with a capstone project of your choosing: a business plan for your own venture, a research thesis, or a live client challenge.
Recent client companies that have worked with Hult BBA students include Google, Unilever, Goldman Sachs, and Porsche, and 86 firms worldwide hired Hult’s Class of 2025 BBA graduates. Career paths for BBA graduates span brand and marketing, finance and investment, data and analytics, operations, and entrepreneurship.
